Anat specializes in corporate and securities law. Her primary practice areas include venture capital transactions (representing start-ups, funds and fund limited partners) and ongoing advice to start-up and mature corporate clients, including in connection with commercial transactions and matters of corporate and securities law, corporate governance matters and due diligence examination. She advises leading Israeli venture capital funds, as well as international investors, with respect to their investments in Israeli businesses. Anat has also represented investors in venture capital funds in connection with their partnership interests.
Anat graduated with an LL.B. and a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University in 1998. She subsequently completed her LL.M. at New York University in 2001. She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2002.
